Grass Fed Beef
We take pride in how we treat our animals. Our Wagyu beef comes from cattle raised with extraordinary care, often receiving massages and a specialized diet that includes rice straw, corn, and barley. Our free-range, antibiotic-free chickens are allowed to roam freely, which helps them stay healthy and reduces the need for antibiotics. And yes, we really love bacon too! It's a delicious addition to any meal, providing a rich source of protein and essential nutrients.

Chef Mae
Chef Mae launched her underground catering company back in the '90s in the Detroit area. Her girlfriends on "the block" were smart women who worked as secretaries for the Big 3 (Ford, Chrysler, and GM). Whenever the bosses wanted food, it was up to the secretaries to make it happen. Mae discovered an untapped opportunity within the car industry to sell her amazing dishes. Feeding executives daily gave Chef Mae the chance to create and perfect her recipes and generate a loyal following before the invention of social media. Today, Mae's Kitchen & Catering is available to all. Her seasonal menu consists of staple dishes like Mae's Mac and her famous Mae's Baked Chicken. She calls it: "Southern Comfort Food with No Regrets!"
